Once a premium plan is purchased and activated on your account, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations due to the digital nature of our services.
If you are charged twice for the same plan upgrade, or if money is deducted but plan is not activated, please contact support for direct manual adjustments and refunds.
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
